Gehrenbeck Dinner

David Gehrenbeck has served as Organist and
Choir Director
for the past ten years, and will be retiring on July 1st. Helen
Gehrenbeck has also been part of the Music Program, heading up the
Youth choir
and being a vital member of the Chancel Choir. She will also be retiring
on July 1st. We thank them both for ten years of wonderful ministry to
St. John's . We are indeed fortunate to have the benefit of their
professional leadership for these many years.
To celebrate their retirement, we had a party on
Wednesday, June 18th in the Parish Hall. The evening began with a social
hour from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Dinner was served at 7:00 pm, catered by
the Lake Elmo Inn.
We ask that anyone who wants to remember Helen and
David with a monetary gift should make a contribution to the St. John's
Special Music Fund .
