O God, whom saints and angels delight to worship in heaven: Be ever present with your servants who seek through art and music to perfect the praises offered by your people on earth; and grant to them even now glimpses of your beauty, and make them worthy at length to behold it unveiled for evermore; through Jesus Christ our Lord.

- Book of Common Prayer, p. 819. For Church Musicians and Artists

Welcome!

The Chancel Choir is the adult choir (high school and up) that sings at the 10:30 am Choral Eucharist fall through spring. It is led by our organist and Choirmaster David Gehrenbeck.

Additional voices augment the Chancel Choir for special events during the year -- in particular, at Easter, and at the Lessons and Carols service in December. Parishioners who cannot commit to being full members of the Chancel Choir have the opportunity to make briefer time commitments by joining the "Easter Choir" or "Lessons and Carols" Choir.

Rehearsals for the 2007-2008 season are Wednesdays, 7:15-8:45 pm in St. Cecilia's Room. New voices are always welcome!
