ADULT EDUCATION

On Sunday, April 7, we will view the sixth and last video in the N.T. Wright series on Jesus’ Resurrection.  The video series will then be available in the church library.  During the rest of April, we will continue our series on “Who was Jesus of Nazareth?” using Father Raymond E. Brown’s (Audburn Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Biblical Studies at Union Theological Seminary NYC)  An Introduction to New Testament Christology.  Paulist Press, 1994.

The tentative schedule is:

April 7:  Jesus’ Resurrection 6.  The Meaning of Jesus’ Resurrection for Today

April 14: Who was Jesus of Nazareth?  An Introduction to Christology 3.  What Can Be Discerned About Jesus from His Deeds and Words Proclaiming the Kingdom of God.

April 21:  Who was Jesus of Nazareth?  An Introduction to Christology 4.  What Can be Discerned About Jesus from His Words Concerning Himself.

April 28: Who was Jesus of Nazareth?  An Introduction to Christology 5.  Christologies Expressed in Terms of Jesus’ Second Coming or Resurrection

Our meetings are held in the Parlor from 10:00-10:50 a.m.  Everyone is welcome!
